Typically 3-4 weeks. Now that our local warehouse has closed, turnaround times have been extended to account for blanks having to be shipped to us. Please see each product description for its turnaround time; some custom items take longer to receive blanks for or the creation of the item takes a bit longer.
However, as a family of people who tend to wait until the last minute to order special gifts and outfits, we absolutely understand the need and want for a quicker turnaround time. For items needed in less than a week, please reach out to us directly so we can discuss options prior to adding the rush order fee to your purchase.

Business pick-up: Exactly as it sounds. When you're notified that your order is fulfilled, you'll be provided with an address and pick-up instructions.
Local pick-up ($5): This is an option of two or three pre-determined locations. When you are notified that your order has been fulfilled, you'll be sent the information to schedule your local pick-up.
Local delivery ($7): This pays for us to hand-deliver your order if you are within 15 miles of our business location (17050). When you are notified that your order is fulfilled, we will work with you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Standard shipping ($12): This is your basic level shipping through USPS, tracking and insurance provided. 7-10 business days.
Expedited shipping ($25): Rush shipping through USPS, tracking and insurance provided. 3-5 business days.

Due to the highly customizable and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are typically not available.
However, in the event that we fulfill something incorrectly, you will be given the option to return your item for a refund or exchange it for the correct item.
